Zebulon Anointing

Last summer I spent time seeking the Lord for His guidance on whether or not we should move forward and relaunch Be Not Silent and begin having conferences after twenty five years. One of the questions I sought the Lord for was how we would finance another conference.

On morning, in the early hours when all was quiet and still, I asked the Holy Spirit to tell me what Scripture I should read to start the day. Instead of a Scripture coming into my mind the word “Zebulon” popped up. It was very clear and I just couldn’t get it out of my head, so I looked it up. What I found amazed me.

I was very familiar with the Issachar anointing, a prophetic gift derived from 1 Chronicles 12:32, which describes the "sons of Issachar" as men who "understood the times and knew what Israel ought to do." It represents a gift of spiritual discernment relating to Israel.

I discovered that the tribe of Zebulon, a  younger brother of Issachar, were allocated territory next to Issachar, and were renowned for seafaring, trade, and were wealthy merchants. They worked closely with the tribe of Issachar, providing them with financial support so that they could focus on the study of God’s Word and gaining an understanding of the times and seasons, especially as they related to Israel.

I believe that the calling of Be Not Silent to bring an understanding of the times we are living in today, especially as they relate to Israel and God’s covenant people, to the Church in the UK. The Issachar anointing and the Zebulon anointing are both essential for Be Not Silent to fulfil the call God has given us.

I believe that God was saying to me that all the finance will be provided if we move forward by faith and bring a clear message to the UK church about the significance of Israel in these last days.
